Job description:

Exclusive Resorts is looking for an experienced and results-oriented digital marketing expert to 

oversee lifecycle marketing strategy and initiatives including end-to-end digital campaign launches, personalization and offer strategies that drive brand engagement & conversion.  

The role will be responsible for driving engagement and growth for our public and member websites. 

This role will work closely with the marketing department, engineering teams, creative design, key executive stakeholders, and outside vendors. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience focusing on performance marketing and/or SEO, personalization, paid media, CRM and marketing insights.
  • Proven track record of SEO wins (e.g. driving company growth at scale through search engine optimization). 
  • Technical knowledge of website architecture.
  • Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Excel, SEMRush, Salesforce, Web optimization tools, and competitor monitoring tools.   Personalization tools (i.e. Braze) and Headless CMS Platforms (Contentful/HyGraph/Prismic).
  • Very strong analytical. Strong data fluency. Background in analyzing and synthesizing data to inform strategies.
  • Excellent problem solving / critical thinking skills; able to effectively troubleshoot site issues that arise by forming hypotheses and working cross functionally to validate them.
  • You enjoy working cross-functionally with team members to facilitate projects from concept to completion.
  • You’re motivated by a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have the organizational skills to push work forward in a timely manner.
  • Your communication skills are impeccable.
  • You’re a confident decision-maker who can work independently.

Nuts & Bolts:

  • Drive digital marketing strategy, performance marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns that fill the funnel with new prospects to grow brand awareness and sales. 
  • Develop seasonal marketing campaigns that support the brand objectives, highlight new campaigns, and raise awareness of the brand. Work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing content and copy relevant and specific to each digital channel.
  • Lead SEO strategy and execution including keyword strategy, page optimization, technical optimization, and authority development with support from an internal and external team and partners across web dev, engineering, and content.
  • Grow and scale Lead and Member campaigns utilizing Braze personalization tool.
  • Analyze and optimize channel performance on an ongoing basis to ensure performance meets or exceeds targets; present results to marketing leadership. Continually test new content types and channels based on industry trends and channel reporting.
  • Frequently measure effectiveness of tactics and optimize accordingly to maximize impact.
  • Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy, creative, landing pages, including A/B testing.
  • Assist creative team with ad creation through copywriting and strategic direction.
  • Manage continuous test and learn content strategies to optimize creative, messaging, landing pages, audience targeting, etc. across all channels.
