Member Services Operations Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Associate provides support to the Member Services leadership and regional teams through reporting, system updates, and subject matter insight on operational processes.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Generate, monitor, and research reporting to ensure memberships are in compliance with contract agreements.
· Develop an understanding of the Member Services policies, processes, and procedures to perform necessary system adjustments in our internal proprietary booking system, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
· Act as a liaison, and first point of contact, with our VIP Benefit Partners to manage all day-to-day responsibilities.
· Provide analysis and research, to both internal and external stakeholders, and provides support in Salesforce, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Works on special projects as needed
· Create and manage the manager’s on-call schedule and the membership account manager’s weekend/holiday schedule.
· Manage the office calendar to ensure proper weekend coverage for the department’s needs.
· Support the leadership team with the following:
· Assist with operational projects.
· Performs additional duties as determined by the Director of Commercial Operations, and is a shared resource for operational needs across the Member Services Department.
- Manage operational tasks including:
· “Welcome Back” membership enrollments
· Resignation and suspensions of memberships
· Cases to assist the Member Service Department
· Reconciliations of accounts
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 2 years experience in sales operations or internal operations
· Must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills
· Must be teamwork minded
· Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can expect unexpected projects
· Must have a process driven mind to work through a lot of detail and manual processes, but able to stay focused on execution
· Must have experience with spreadsheets and database programs, specifically Salesforce. Must be able to configure reports with requested data and present results in a concise and logical manner
· Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Must have the ability to interact with diverse group of employees and external executives representing a wide spectrum of backgrounds
